Building on a multigenerational family tradition of land development with contributions to landmark communities such as Gallardia, Oak Tree, Quail Creek, and others, we combine legacy expertise with disciplined execution and a long-term commitment to creating enduring assets.

Our leadership team blends proven execution with deep local knowledge, completing more than 250 transactions in the past six years. Brandon Coon

Managing Partner

Brandon invested in his first property while still in graduate school at Oklahoma Christian. His professional background is in residential and commercial real estate development, utility relocation and public improvement projects. Prior to starting McKinnon Capital, he worked as Vice President of Huitt Zollars at their Oklahoma City office. He managed complex development projects, entitlements, zoning and construction plan reviews. Brandon has been involved in developing notable projects around the metro, including Life Time Fitness, Oak Tree, Callaway House student housing in Norman, Mid-America Christian University, and the Lone Oak Subdivision among others.

Managing Partner

Martin Ramirez

For more than a decade, Martin has specialized in leveraging digital strategies to help small businesses and nonprofits reach their audience in a more meaningful way. Martin has developed digital campaigns for advocacy groups in Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arizona. He’s spent time working to engage voters in the Iowa and Nebraska Caucuses. He’s helped elect candidates to the school board, city council, state senate, and state house. He has helped nonprofit organizations leverage the power of the internet and worked with businesses to increase their online revenues.
